Teaching the Universe

Teaching the Universe

CosmoVerse is proud to share a series of lessons for teachers of students aged 14-18 years old to help them teach the basics of astrophysics. Each lesson contains a 5E Lesson Plan (Engage – Explore – Explain – Extend – Evaluate) for the teacher, and a CosmoVerse adventure as a dialogue between teacher, students, Quark, and famous scientists.

With this material, we aim at awakening a passion for astrophysics, cosmology, and solving the cosmological tensions in the younger generation.

Hubble Lemaitre Law

This lesson aims to teach students about the Hubble-Lemaître Law and the expanding universe. Students will grasp these complex concepts in an engaging and meaningful manner.

Cosmic Redshift

Explore the fascinating concept of cosmic redshift and its implications for understanding the expanding universe. Engage in interactive activities and discussions that unravel the mysteries of light, motion, and the fabric of space.
