Standard neutrino physics and the LambdaCDM cosmological model are assumed. I will show that the tension is driven by measurements of the expansion rate in the Universe, completed by information from CMB lensing. I will show that there is a variety of physical assumptions allowing to reconcile both bounds and highlight four very different scenarios reconciling the bounds.
