Pulsar Timing Arrays have opened a new window on nanohertz gravitational waves and the population of supermassive black-hole binaries that produces them. I will present a targeted standard-siren method that combines PTA data with electromagnetic information about promising binary candidates and their host galaxies. Using simulations informed by current PTA observations, we show that the Chinese PTA could measure the Hubble constant with a precision of < 5 km/s/Mpc. I will discuss the combination of multiple sources and the robustness of the method to host-galaxy confusion. I will conclude by placing this approach within the broader programme of identifying and characterising the nanohertz gravitational-wave background.
